Canada Covers

WWII Military Postal History. A batch of 68 covers, somewhat haphazardly arranged on collector pages (many from renowned postal historian Bill Robinson) from foreign military Post Offices during the second world war. While this could have been listed under "worldwide" many of these covers have a clear connection to Canada or were sent from Canadian forces serving overseas (so we thought it would best listed here). Includes Australian / New Zealand forces, Africa campaign, a Jewish Brigade straight-line postmark and a few unlisted strikes (by the previous owner's Bailey & Toop catalogue). Most pages are priced (over 30 years ago) and add up to a total of $1662.00 retail value. A great opportunity for the postal historian, as these have not seen the light of day in decades. Estimate =
