British Columbia Postal History. Navy Post Office Grouping. A very clean selection of 9 covers from the WWII era, all with Navy Post Office postmarks 1943-1945. These numbered bases (NPO 1112, 1117, 1113) and Victoria HMC Dockyard were part of the Victoria / Esquimalt naval bases, being the primary locations of Canada's Pacific Naval Fleet.
