About 140 different "CEF" first day of issue commemorative panels issued between 1969-1980, housed in a pair of specialty binders. Each has a stamp, partial set or set, cancelled with a commemorative first day cancel with extensive text about each issue and individually numbered (most were produced in quantities of under 5500, each). CEF panel numbers 20 to 175, but there is a bit of disorganization. A few couple are dual country issues with France. Overall, the condition is excellent. Estimate =
