Pair of red "Rapkin" peerless springback binders with mounted collections on quadrilled pages. One is a mint collection from Scott #44 up to 1981 in black mounts (stamps appear to be mostly hinged up to 1970, never hinged afterwards), including some overprints and most of the better paired sets from the 1950’s. Lots of items cataloguing up to $25.00 each. The second collection consists of used stamps, up to 1973, often with a duplicated copy. There is also a small pocket stockbook with some mint and used material of the same period that are either duplicates or items that the collector never got around to adding. A very clean lot.
