An emerging specialized collection in six 3-ring binders, within a U-Hual box. Attractive homemade pages on thin card, with every stamp in a black mark often with light pencil markings indicating perforation/shade, etc. A mix of mint and used. Coverage is a bit inconsistent, heavy in places with lots of different printings, light in other areas (such as the 1980’s). The "back of the book" includes semi-postals, air mails, postage dues and General Government issues. No souvenir sheets seen. A very easy collection to build on. Estimate =
