Turmoil and chaos in this bundle of Indian material. Yes, it includes an attractive mint Gandhi set, but the 10R value is badly thinned. There are a couple of mounted collections, a few stockpages, envelopes and a bundle of 30-year-old approval sheets. It’s hard to get a sense of what is here, but we noticed both regular issue and "back of the book", including from the "States". There is a bit of revenue material noted, and a 1954 Centenary of postage stamps presentation folder, which has only images of stamps. Estimate =
