Bankers box containing the balance of a consignment of 20th century material. An interesting assembly that will have several areas of appeal to the collector. There is an attempt at creating a specialized Centennial collection, including three sheets (6c orange, 2x 8c black), a stockcard of mint 1930’s issues, mint corner blocks from the 5c era, a near-new "Davo II" hingeless album with pages 1971-1993 (the slipcover has a bit of minor damage), a very damaged volume IV of the "History of Canada" gold foil cacheted first day covers (binder and slipcover have seen better days, but the 22 panels are doing just fine, original cost over $200.00), a small stockbook with used Canada (and some provinces), and a Minkus album with 590 stamps. To complete the oddness of this lot, there is a small Fleetwood collection called "The birds and flowers of Canada" which refers to the cachet, but the stamp used is the 14c Peace Tower. Estimate =
