Study group of 13 copies of the 3c Queen Victoria issue of 1890, including three of the revalues from 1897. This complex issue is known for its various shades and three different overprints resulting from a temporary shortage of local rate stamps coming from the printers in Great Britain. The top row consists of stamps having original gum, including two copies of #75. The lower row has three stamps with original gum but with thins (not counted in the total), and three more with no gum (one not counted, the examples of #75 and #76 counted as used). All counted as the lowest values. Total 2023 Scott US$595.00 =
