Modern Collection. A seldom seen (mostly) 21st century French collection in three albums with Minkus pages (starting in 1996 and runs to 2013). Includes a mix of mostly used stamps (the occasional stamp or souvenir sheet/booklet pane is mint). A bit hit or miss, but if a set was started, it is often complete, but there are small gaps throughout. Some of the used are undoubtedly philatelically inspired, but this is a high catalogue value era, with sets and souvenir sheets often cataloguing $5.00 - $15.00 each. The final album includes "back of the book", such as officials and postage due (but no semi-postals), with a touch of material from the "colonies" which goes back into the early 20th century. About 1500 stamps, with overall condition being excellent. One binder is quite damaged, but the other two "old-school" Minkus binders are okay (one still has its original dust-jacket). Estimate =
