Three groups of "CEF" first day cancels from 1) France (in French) covering panels #120/231 (1970-1973), Monaco panels #24/56 (1970-1973) and Andorra panels #4-55 (1966-1980), plus some "bonus" panels (different cancels, multiple countries, etc) and a small number of duplicates. About 180 panels in total. Each with the stamp with an official first day cancel on a custom designed, thin card, panel, hole punched to fit a specialized "CEF" album (not included). These are works of art and will enhance any FDC collection. Production for these French language panels was typically between 25,000-34,000 each, and as low as 4,500 for Andorra.
