Balance of the holding of "CEF" first day cancel panel pages that we have been selling over the past couple of months. This group includes 1) France (in French) covering panels #120/231 (1970-1973), 2 groups of Monaco panels #24/56 (1970-1973) and a few Andorra panels. About 160 panels in total. Each with the stamp and an official first day cancel on a custom designed, thin card, panel, hole punched to fit a specialized "CEF" album (not included). These are works of art and will enhance any FDC collection. Production for the French language panels was typically between 25,000-34,000 each.
