Precancel collection in a trio of binders. Stamps are well organized on about 100 black Vario-brand stockpages, arranged by State, City and then chronologically. Includes lots of "Bureau" and "Prexies" and includes varieties such as inverts and back of the book issues. Lightly duplicated. A few thousand different precancels here.
