Eastern Arctic Patrol study lot, including RMS Nascopie and Coast Guard Ship CD Howe. Includes a very scarce 1940 Greenland franked Hudson’s Bay Co envelope (alas, the addressee was scratched out). There are another four covers with rectangular or oval rubber dispatching cancels and one with a CDS cancel. There is a later cover from the CD Howe backstamped with an Eastern Arctic Patrol MOTO cancel. Bonus material includes some other cancels and covers from the Northwest Territories, such as first flight covers, plus some post cards and the previous owner’s research notes. Estimate =
