Mint blocks of the Fourth Bureau issue (1922-1930), mostly middle to higher values and many Never Hinged stamps amongst the mix. The 18 blocks include different printings and the 2c black Harding in two different perforations and two imperforate blocks (one with a horizontal guide line). Some have some minor printing offset, which was normal for this issue. The centering is slightly better than normally seen. Total 2023 Scott US$723.75 =
