British Columbia Postal History. A series of 5 binders and two folios containing the eclectic but well-researched Elizabethan era Postal History of New Westminster Subs, New Westminster School Meters, Sechelt and Area, Burnaby, Delta, Maple Ridge and Richmond as compiled by BC postal historian Ken Barlow. Many hundreds of cut squares / pieces / covers and photographs compiled to show the evolution of the Post Office in these areas during (mostly) the Elizabethan time-period. We noted some items removed by the previous owner (who bought it from Barlow), but still lots of better items throughout (offered as received). A wealth of information here for the BC postal historian. Estimate =
