A small box stuffed with a collector's accumulation of 381 likely all-different FDC primarily from the British Commonwealth "Islands" (but with some "strays" as well). Looks to span the 1960's to 1990's and includes material from Aitutaki, Cocos Islands, Christmas Island, Cook Islands, Falkland Islands (and Dependencies), Fiji, GB, Jamaica, Nauru, Niue, Norfolk Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Papua New Guinea, Saint Kitts, South Georgia and Tokelau Islands. A grand total of 381 covers, which the previous owner has added up the catalogue value of the stamp alone (with nothing added for the FDC). Total Scott Catalogue value of the stamps alone comes out to US$1697.35 = $2291.40. A great opportunity to acquire some lovely sets and singes on covers. Estimate =
