Ten Scott-listed perforation varieties from the King George VI pictorial issue which resulted from the interruption of the printing process due to the bombing of London-based factories during the second world war. For the denominations that were being produced, there can be up to five different perforations varieties, some of which are scarce. This lot is mostly used with four different variations of the 2c, three of the 3c (#279a is used) and three of 50c, including the good #286c (#286e is used).
