First Day Cover collection of almost 400 mostly different private cachets, the early few years are mostly Rosecraft, the later are "NR Covers", and a number with no indication of the cachet maker (almost all cancelled Victoria BC). Issues run 1969-1984 with some light duplication. Most are addressed. Saw values up to the $2.00 Olympic stadium and despite being a bit disorganized represents a good run of the 1970’s. Effectively protected in three #8 sized Lighthouse cover albums, and an assortment of 6 first day cover binders. Not counted are about 75 FDCs without cachet. These run well past the time most private cachet makers had been squeezed out by Canada Post. Estimated value =
