Plate block chaos! A small file-card box is filled with a few hundred mint plate blocks from King George VI (War issue) to about 1970 (but mostly pre-1960). Some are nicely organized and labelled in glassines or "102 cards", others are just loose. It will take a couple of hours just to give this a good sort, but there appears to be some matched sets, some better plates/positions and the overall condition appears quite nice. Expect a mix of hinged and never hinged material here. Invest the time to build your collection. Estimate =
