Scarce complete, French language, 1c green Medallion booklet, with green cover with type II "Recommendez" inside printing. The four panes have about VG/F centering but are fresh. The front cover was creased, has a bit of colour chipping and someone wrote "195" on the front (the Scott number of the stamps). Not often seen. 2024 Unitrade =
