Queen Victoria officials with "Inland Revenue", "Government Parcels", "Office of Works" and "Army" overprints. Group of 33 mostly used stamps, including a bit of duplication amongst the cheaper values. Better includes O6, O34, O37, O38, O44, O58 and a mint copy of the 1/3p vermilion Inland Revenue overprint with an additional "Specimen" overprint (catalogues £120 in the owners 2017 Stanley Gibbons concise catalogue). From a very olde-time holding, these are in typical condition for these stamps used on non-philatelic, non-mainstream mail. Several would benefit from a soak. A couple of nice socked on the nose cancels are noted. The "Specimen" overprint is not counted in the total catalogue value. 2023 Scott US$$1154.75 =
