An uncommon accumulation from this North American French colony favourite. Includes three mounted collections with a mix of mint and used (generally into the 1960’s) followed by a page of mint material from the 1980’s-early 1990’s. Finally, there is a small group of dealer cards with more pre-1950’s material (note: the stamps don’t always match the notation). There is good representation from the popular sets, such as "Commerce", "Fisherman and Petral", "Newfoundland Dogs" and scenery issues with a smattering of Free French "FNFL" overprints (including #249-255 - catalogues $222.50).
