Extraordinary used corner blocks (including plate numbers / counters) of the complete set of 1932 issue George V semi-postals, overprinted to aid the Hurricane relief. The 2c+2c red value has a paper adhesion in the selvedge, and the 3c+3c orange has paper adhered to the back (plus a very minor thin on one stamp). The paper adhered could be soaked off.
