The rare 1858 half penny rose perforated pence issue, Fine/VF used. Reasonably cancelled and typically centered for this provisionally perforated stamp. Only issued for a very short period of time and missing from most collections we see. What makes this one so special is the original 1936 Royal Philatelic Society of London certificate which accompanies it.
