Noted mint never hinged Netherlands (1983 year set), Luxemburg, useful Poland (including MNH O30-O31 in folded sheets), some Portugal and Belgian colonies (including Ruanda Scott 22 MH etc), some modern postally used West Europe and Japan, plus topicals, odds and ends from UK, British Pacific, British Africa, India, etc. Both MH, MNH. One entire stockbook is modern Canada with some higher face values here and there. Noted some old price tags on pre-independence stamps(from Scott 2014 and 2019, some items up to $13).
