Revenue grouping "C". The third (and final) offering of the balance of a large and diverse accumulation of federal and provincial revenue stamps that we are breaking into three. There are 9 "cigarette" revenue stamps all overprinted "Specimen" with a red rubber handstamp (all not listed in van Dam). There are some nice federal revenues (noted War Tax overprinted with flag precancel (#FWT11b - $50.). There is a bit of promising Ontario and Saskatchewan with a nice grouping of New Brunswick law stamps. We noted 3 different Prairie conservation "Birds", and there is an old album page that includes a strip of 4 of the Alberta "Prosperity" stamp. Estimate =
