Very complete mint, never hinged, collection covering 1998-2022 (overlaps previous mint lot) nicely mounted in black mounts on quadrilled pages in a green springback binder. Includes lots of miniature and souvenir sheets to go along with the great topical appeal for many issues. The collection started off being chronologically mounted (annotated with Stanley Gibbons and Scott numbers), but at some point, items were mounted by topic or with random issues inserted as space allowed, but being years out of sequence. This throws the balance of the collection off a bit. Some of the souvenir sheets are loose in between the pages. None of this affects the quality and quantity of this lot.
