A very complete mint, never hinged, collection covering 1994-2003 (with a bit earlier and a bit later) nicely mounted in black mounts on quadrilled pages in a green springback binder. Includes lots of miniature and souvenir sheets to go along with the great topical appeal for many issues. The collection is a bit unevenly mounted - sometimes chronologically, sometimes by topic, sometimes by space allowance (annotated with Stanley Gibbons and Scott numbers). Includes several multi-pound face value items and a few of the better definitive strips of five). Missing relatively few items. A touch of duplication. Required enormous effort and deep pockets to build. A few of the souvenir sheets are loose in between the pages. Total 2023 Scott US$668.45 =
