A nice used collection covering 1999-2015 attractively mounted on quadrilled pages. Issues are fairly complete up to about 2010 and then a bit spotty afterwards. Includes lots of miniature and souvenir sheets to go along with the great topical appeal for many issues. The collection is roughly chronologically mounted (annotated with Stanley Gibbons and Scott numbers), but at some point, spaces were filled with random issues which throws the organization of the collection off a bit. A few of the souvenir sheets are loose in between the pages. The majority appear to have originated philatelically with post office pictorial cancellations. Not surprising as postally used material from the Channel Islands is so much harder to find than mint. Outrageous original cost. Total 2023 Scott US$1308.40 =
