Classic mounted mint and used collection of Liberian issues up to 1967 (but sparse after about 1950). Nice range of early printings, with an eye to specialization with imperforates, overprints, shades, dies, cancels, and some multiples to spice it up a bit. The earlier material is often both mint and used, the more recent is often one or the other. "Above and beyond" material includes a pane of #309 (missing corner selvage) signed by the designer and an imperforate 1949 UPU souvenir sheet overprinted "Specimen". The "back of the book" is quite good, with semi-postals, airmail, registration, postage dues, officials, etc. The condition is above average. Total 2023 Scott US$1477.90 =
