Mint collection starts with overprints on Belgian Congo issues, moving into beautiful, local issues up to 1955. Quite complete, includes semi-postals and the four souvenir sheets produced by the Belgian government in exile in London during WWII. Lovely appearance, some are never hinged, most are lightly hinged, and a few have minor hinge remnants. Very low production numbers on some of these items. Mounted on four black stockpages.
