Overprinted and revalued French 1Fr stamp for use in Clicia in 1920. A nice mint, never hinged, margin block of six. The overprint was properly centered, but the designs are a bit shifted into the perforations. Either the local conditions or the acidity of the paper or gum have caused some natural browning.
