A revenue holding in two major parts. Part One: Scott Specialty pages that have significant numbers of "Narcotics" and "Tobacco" or "Cigar" stamps. The pages for many other types of revenue stamp are here, but alas the stamps are long gone. The binder is a bit worn, but still quite functional. Part Two: Red dealer box stuffed full of individually identified and priced revenues in "102" cards. More used than mint, a wide range of material, but most appear to be under $5.00 a stamp. Because the hard work of identification and sorting has been done this is a great way to expand your stock or collection. This type of material doesn’t come around often. Estimate =
