Banker’s box of mostly flight-related covers. Starting with a shoe box with a few hundred covers circa 1976 including an incomplete set of the Smithsonian Institute "Milestones of Flight" (some are missing, others have up to 4 copies), followed by an Alaska-heavy group of flight and flight anniversary covers (and a few earlier Naval-related covers may have slipped in). There is a binder of "Apollo" program covers from 1965-1972, with about 90 mostly different, including recovery vessels, significant dates, etc. There is a bit sparsely populated "White Ace" style cover album with Air Mail issue first day covers and a few more space related covers. The lot finishes with a binder of air mail related postal stationery items (mostly envelopes and air letters, more mint than used). Estimate =
