VF group of 15 of the 16 listed 1941-1947 Waterlow printed imperforate proofs with security punch (also known as "requisition proofs"), only missing the #258ii to be complete. All are full-gum Never Hinged, with the exception of #255ii which has a adherence to the back (from the printers). A couple of pen markings noted (as often found, these were printers supplies), but overall a very clean offering.
