Inter-Postal Seals / Revenue Stamps 1860's to early 1900's. An absolutely fascinating group of 172 "stamps" or "labels", being either inter-postal stamps (used on Government mail 1863-1893), or revenue stamps (looks to be mostly Cigarette / Tobacco Tax Stamps). Neatly laid out on stockpages within a binder. Very interesting to view, offered "as received" from a local estate. Potentially better material here, which will be fun to research! Estimate =
