Collection of 19th century issues flowing from Spanish Administration through overprints on United States issues (including postage dues). A very good run, with most either mint (hinged) or used, but with a bit of duplication for cancels, shades or for items to be mint AND used. Better includes a nice copy of #133 with a socked on the nose cancel, and lots of Alphonse XII and XIII issues plus later American issues with different angled overprints.
