Mint example of the 12c rose 1875 issued Newspaper Stamp, "Justice" design, with full original gum (hinged and much crackling). Its only two flaws are that it might have been adhered to interleaving, which has left smooth patches in the gum, and there is a black speck on the front upper left "shield".
