This collector went a bit crazy with "new issues" between 1988-1992, and in most cases bought 5 examples of most issues (or the equivalent in a sheetlet). While it is a good run, it isn’t complete, noting better such as #172 (block and single) and sheets of 10 of C105a & C120a (5 pairs), C121 and C123.
