The "Standard Album Holding". Expansive offering of 23,529 stamps (both mint and used, counted by us) from the same estate as the previously listed "International Album Holding", this time in 5x Harris Standard World Stamp Albums. This group, which runs almost the entire globe, as non-commonwealth countries "D to G", "M to P", "R to S" and "S to T’, then followed by British Commonwealth "P to Z". While there seems to be albums missing here (we are offering as received from a local estate), what is here is a very comprehensive showing of many of the countries covered under those alphabet letters. A range of material, from classics to 1980’s, with many of the stamps appearing to be acquired through postal approvals (a clear and heavy showing of obscure countries and large colourful stamps, indicative of the mail approval service). By the selected photos, we hope that one can appreciate the time and effort spent putting this collection together.
