Seldom seen example of the 1858 half penny rose perforated pence issue, on folded circular from Hamilton UC, March 1st 1859 to Iowa USA. The stamp, although faded and with faults is nicely tied by the numeral grid "16" used at Hamilton. Very interesting intact "Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Canada" multiple printed page enclosure. While the stamp is faulty, this represents a very scarce example properly used in-period on circular. 2024 Unitrade =
