British Columbia Postal History. Okanagon BC 1884 (first spelling, vs current Okanagan) split ring cancel, Small Queen cover to "Richmond P.O., North Arm Fraser River" via Kamloops and "Missent to Victoria, British Columbia" (boxed marking, which explains why it is also backstamps Victoria BC, as it made an unintended trip to Vancouver Island). The Post Office used this spelling between 1872-1912, but early covers are scarce! Estimate =
