Precancel hoard in three stanzas. The first is a 1977 "Noble" album of Bureau precancels with a few hundred stamps, mounted by State. The second part is a 3" binder with over 50 manila stockpages, which are very sparsely populated, but the first half is mostly postage dues. Last and definitely not least is a bundle of dealer purchases and a couple more stock pages, mostly intact as purchased around 1980 (noted some Puerto Rico and Hawaii precancels). The rest of this holding was previously sold over the past couple of auctions. Completely unpicked! Estimate =
