The consignor accurately described this lot as "albums and many packages". We will add in "with strength in British Commonwealth and Europe", but there is material from almost everywhere. The albums include a 16-page Lighthouse stockbook with lots of older Latin America, a small stockbook with Western Europe with another having more Latin America and American material, with a green "Medium Senator" springback with "A" and "B" countries, finishing with an older "Alligator" brand stockbook with "I" to "K" countries (perfect for collectors wanting both Ireland and Japan). "The packages" include an envelope box filled with dealer purchases made by a local collector in a wide assortment of cards and glassines, with an even wider range of material, followed by a deep stack of about 8"/20cm worth of album and stock pages, with lots of British Commonwealth, but with surprises mixed in.
