A mix of mint and used, with a complete basic set including varieties such as both overprints on the 2c, and both colours of the colony name on the 1fr. Most of the surcharges are represented (a couple have no gum and are counted as the cheaper version), including a mint copy of the Madagascar overprint on a "Diego-Suarez" stamp (perfs a bit close).
