Parcel Post Precancels Part 3. An unbelievable holding of 60 moderately duplicated (including one pair) used precancels on the 1913 red parcel post issue. Mounted on old pages (hinges appear to be peelable). Appear to be sorted geographically this being larger Eastern cities, with duplication including the higher denominations. Includes Boston, South Easton (MA), New York City, Brooklyn, Harrisburg, Philadelphia. A few minor faults and some straight edges. Individual stamps up to the $1.00.
