An amazing holding of 23 lightly duplicated used precancels on the 1913 red parcel post issue (up to the 25c Manufacturing), with 14 parcel post postage dues (including a block of 4) plus 47 Special Handling stamps of all denominations. Mounted on old pages (hinges appear to be peelable). Precancels from Baltimore, Savannah, Augusta, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Fort Worth. A few minor faults and some straight edges.
