Specialized mint assortment of the King George VI pictorial definitives of 1938-1952. Includes different perforations, several with sideways and upright watermarks, and both of the later printings. Includes a complete set, plus Scott and/or Stanley Gibbons varieties, followed by all three of the good perforation combinations on the 50c "Elephant" issue. The perforation anomalies occurred after the bombing of the production plant in London during WWII and alternative arrangements were needed to finish the job.
