Late 19th century mint offering of 21 different stamps including 4 of the 5 overprints on the "Coat of Arms" issues, plus a near-complete set of the 1897 commemoratives (includes the 2c green, 5c and 12c) and much of the 4c overprints. Usual mixed condition, with a couple having tropical aging on the back, and hinging is generally heavy with some remnants.
