Turn of the 21st century "Muster" overprints (e.g. "sample" or "specimen") and promotional/press photo enlargements, covering a few years on either side of 2000. Available to certain philatelists and people in the trade, they were issued a few times a year, often with other brochures and information on pictorial cancellations. The distribution was a bit uneven, with incomplete sets being a regular occurrence, sometimes made up in the future, sometimes not. This lot has a few hundred regular, semi-postal and souvenir sheets represented, mostly in their original packaging. We have taken some out for display purposes. Part of getting this lot will be to play "matchmaker" and putting some order to this chaos. Overall, the condition is quite good. Estimate =
